This Privacy Policy explains how Outsoci ("we", "us") handles data for our account holders and how we process the contact information surfaced by the service.

1. Data we collect about you

• Account data — name and email, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never store full card details.
• Usage data — your scrape requests, credit usage, and app activity, so the product works and we can support you.

2. Lead data surfaced by the service

Outsoci searches publicly available sources and returns matching contact information. This data is provided to you, the account holder, who becomes the data controller for any subsequent use. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process and contact those individuals and for honoring their rights, including access and deletion requests.

3. How we use data

We use account, billing, and usage data to operate, secure, and improve the service, to process payments, and to communicate with you. We do not sell your account data.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on trusted providers to run Outsoci — including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Neon (database), and our search/validation providers. Each processes data only as needed to deliver their part of the service.

5. Data retention & your rights

We retain account data while your account is active. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@outsoci.com. We honor applicable rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws.
